Repairs

We stand by our creations. If a repair is needed, simply notify us via email with subject line repair and send us photos with a description. Upon receiving the item, we will asses the repair needed. If it is deemed a manufacturing defect we will repair the item at no charge. If the item needs repair due to wear and tear or mishandling of the item, we will asses the cost and notify the customer. The customer will be responsible to cover these costs plus shipping. Decisions on repairs are given at the sole discretion of Blumera.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

In general the best ways to keep your cherished Blumera pieces in their optimal state:

1. Avoid direct sunlight and other harsh or extreme temperatures and weather conditions for periods of time.

2. When storing your Blumera, keep in temperature controlled environments.
